Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a repair, replacement, or credit, subject to the terms below. Returns are not accepted for bespoke, made-to-order, promotional, sale, or clearance items.

Per the ECT (Electronic Communications and Transactions) Act, you have 7 days from delivery to return an item at your own cost. Returns may be subject to a 10% administration fee plus shipping costs. Orders cancelled before dispatch will also incur a 10% admin fee.

Unwanted Products

You may return an unused product in original condition within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging with all parts and accessories intact. If approved, a refund will be processed within 8 days (bank processing may take 5-10 working days).

Exchanges

Products can be exchanged for a different style (if available). Collection and re-delivery costs will be quoted.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, notify us immediately at sales@piek-fyn.com with photos. We will arrange a free collection and, upon inspection, either send a replacement or process a refund within 8 days.

Defective Products & Warranty

Products with defects (not caused by wear and tear, misuse, or improper care) can be returned within 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund. Some products may have an extended supplier warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

All returns must be properly packaged for transport. Piek-Fyn reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
