As a customer, you can be involved in the manufacturing process from choosing your hide to the finished product.

Because items are made by hand, wrinkles or scratches may occur during the production process. This adds to the character of the bag and is not a reason for an exchange or refund.

All Nguni Shopper bags have the option of being lined with fabric or not.

All bags made of hides, whether dyed or natural, will be issued with a tanning certificate that is approved for export and/or private international travel.
